I've been on

I'm Rae — a Director-level CX and operations leader who has spent a decade on both sides of the hiring table. I've led teams of 100, built leveling frameworks from scratch, promoted managers into directors, and coached people through the career moments that feel impossible to navigate alone.

Educator to Tech Operator
